Purpose

Client data stays where the client expects it.

The standard

  • Classification: public (this wiki, marketing), internal (our code, process docs), client-confidential (models, drawings, schedules, contacts), restricted (contracts, pricing, personal data).

  • Client-confidential data lives in [TEAM: approved project storage] and project-specific Supabase projects only; never in this wiki, public repos, personal drives, or AI tools without anonymization (05.07).

  • Datasets used for tool development are anonymized copies; the anonymization script lives in [TEAM: repo].

  • Data retention follows the project contract; when a project closes, the owner archives or deletes per [TEAM: policy].

  • Sharing externally: expiring links, no public buckets for client files.
