Color contrast ≥ 4.5:1 for text; never color as the only signal (charts included, 09.08).
Lighthouse accessibility ≥ 90 on the main screens before release.
Forms: labels, inline errors, no placeholder-as-label.
Test on a real phone before release (Vercel preview URL).
