Purpose
"Done" means the same thing to everyone.
A task is done when
Code is merged to
mainvia a reviewed PR (03.05).Tests required by 04.05 pass in CI.
It's deployed to the environment the ticket targets (06.01) and verified there — not just locally.
User-facing behavior is documented: README updated, wiki page added or edited if a standard changed.
The issue is closed with a one-line note on what shipped and how to verify.
For tools with users outside the team: the owner has told them.
Not done
"Works on my machine", "PR is open", "just needs docs".
